    Solidarity week

    Is helping others important for you? It is for us. Every year, our various offices organise many different events around the world, all dedicated to helping local charities in our global communities by donating our time and money. Organised by our Values Committee, this year’s donations will go to children’s, medical and humanitarian associations. Discover our 2019 edition, which had a common objective of raising €10 per employee.

    TiDE

    Our annual TiDE (Together in Delivering Excellence) events let us physically bring together almost half of all our worldwide employees. We also organise live video webcasts to broadcast our messages to the rest of our people. This year, our TiDE motto was “Better, Stronger, Faster”. It was held simultaneously in Orlando for the Americas, Penang for APAC, and Lisbon for EMEA. Watch our TiDE event here, and stay posted for our next edition.

    Sales Presidents' Club

    If you’re a super salesperson, make sure your passport is in order. The Sales Presidents' Club is an annual reward reserved for our top-performing salespeople. The highly coveted prize? A luxurious trip to a different fabulous place each year, featuring tourism, group activities, and a chance to get to know other top salespeople from around the world.     ArkaLAB

    Are you a tech freak? You’re going to love this! Once a year, we invite our employees to participate in an IT marathon of shared ideas, knowledge, and passions. Participants from different backgrounds and countries work together in teams, innovating and creating new IT applications. This year, 50 men and women from France, the US, India, and Singapore pushed themselves – happily – to their limits. Recent participants compared ArkaLAB to working for a start-up, buzzing with ideas, discovering new technologies, and making new friends. See our last edition here

    Values Employee of the Month

    Our culture has always been centred around four core values: Respect, Working Together, Entrepreneurial Spirit and Enjoyment. Because we truly live our values, we reward those who express them best through our Values of the Quarter and Values Employee of the Month programmes and celebrate them with an article and a video featured on our company blog. As we move forward, we’ll also be taking NTT’s three core values into account: Speed, Execute, Together.

    NTT Exchange Programme

    We have been involved in an exchange programme with NTT for several years, sending some of our talents to work in Japan each year and welcoming NTT talents in France in return. Today, as part of the Cloud Communications division of NTT, the world’s largest telecommunications group with 28 companies under its umbrella, we have vast new opportunities for exchanging our competences and benefiting from the best of our different business cultures.
