Make the Unknowns Known

It’s risky to start a digital transformation journey without first validating your strategy, technology, and disposition to change. We take a methodical and technology agnostic approach to discover and assess your business needs.

In the Envision Workshop, we translate your UC strategy into a clear, executable plan. Because we know that investing time and effort in the right areas upfront can save you significant time, effort and costs of solving complex problems post-implementation.

Voice transformation projects require in-depth understanding of not only the technology but the environment and the organisational culture. It is risky to make a technology decision without first understanding the people and the environment this technology is meant for.

During the Envision Workshop Arkadin’s Professional Services Practice help you understand both the business and technical requirements for transforming your organisation from its current state to your desired future state. We develop the technical requirements in conjunction with your business strategy and end user requirements to ensure that a balanced UC transformation roadmap is delivered.

    • The Envision Workshop merges market leading technology from partners such as Microsoft and Cisco with Arkadin’s experience and expertise in cloud UC migrations to provide a forward-thinking and process driven approach to your voice transformation project.

We tailor the Envision Workshop to help enterprises make the unknowns known and lay a foundation for success. This may be through developing a plan, your business can execute on, to establishing a full business case so that you can begin your project. We can help identify the right technical solution and create an organisational change management strategy that ensures successful adoption once the technical solution has been deployed.
