She has over 30 years’ experience working with Enterprise Applications in a variety of industries in both staff and consulting and also business and IT roles.

Currently the Solutions Engineer team leader, Fernando has been with us for 10 years, starting as an audioconferencing engineer, and evolving as the industry started to change towards unified communications, focusing on Microsoft technologies and cloud collaboration tools.
He extended his knowledge on local Windows AD, Exchange administration, and PSTN audio to adapt to the new cloud and VoIP industry demands.

Darren Ellis is a Microsoft Unified Communications (UC) Solutions Architect at the Cloud Communications division of NTT, with focus on global Skype for Business, Office 365, and Microsoft Teams voice solutions.
Darren works closely with the business and global teams to get solutions working for the customer to increase collaboration, productivity and communication. He has strong involvement from initial bid stage to solution design and deployment then handover of support to relevant teams, pre and post-sales.

David has spent nearly two decades in the Microsoft Partner Community supporting the UC needs of customers across all industries and sectors. As a Solutions Consultant at NTT, he provides technical consultation and design services to customers eager to maximize their Microsoft Teams potential.
His responsibilities take him all over the Americas and offer a panoramic view of the UC needs of its diverse user community.
When he’s not immersed in the active lifestyle that the Pacific Northwest affords, he’s busy identifying and conveying specific returns on UC&C investments for NTT’s valued customers.
