Jack the Trainer, the face of the online training, resulted from Arkadin’s vision for a lighthearted character that could provide step-by-step instruction appropriate for novice and experienced collaboration users. “Jack’s personable and engaging tone is in stark contrast to so many dull, complicated trainings for technology services,” continued Ms. Huss. “His sense of fun and enjoyment underscores our tagline and approach to having enjoyable collaboration experience: Arkadin: Enjoy Sharing.”
Originally launched for Arkadin’s Anytime and Anywhere conferencing services, the overwhelmingly positive customer response resulted in video tutorials for Arkadin’s complete web conferencing line. The Jack the Trainer series now includes approx. 40 instructional videos.
