Arkadin Wins Asia-Pacific Enterprise Collaboration Product Line Strategy Leadership Award for the 10th Year
- The Frost & Sullivan Award recognizes Arkadin’s achievement in successful digitally connecting global organizations of all sizes
Arkadin, a global provider of cloud communication services and an NTT company, today announces it has been awarded the Asia-Pacific Enterprise Collaboration Product Line Strategy Leadership Award by Frost & Sullivan for the 10th consecutive year. Following an evaluation session held in Singapore, Arkadin was recognized for its relentless efforts in delivering outstanding performance throughout 2018.
The Frost & Sullivan Best Practices awards identify and honor companies that have demonstrated excellence in their respective industries. Winning the award for the 10th year in a row demonstrates Arkadin’s continued efforts in solving customer business challenges, by delivering end-to-end solutions and enabling organizations to harness intelligent communication and deliver smarter, more effective collaboration across enterprise workforces.
This award follows another great recognition of Arkadin as Microsoft’s Intelligent Communications Partner of the Year 2019 in July, and further demonstrates Arkadin’s abilities in providing best-in-class solutions to its customers through their digital transformation journey
Krishna Baidya, Director of ICT Practice Asia-Pacific at Frost & Sullivan said: “Arkadin, being among the first to acknowledge the growing demand for flexible, cloud-based collaboration services, has established itself as an end-to-end collaboration solutions provider. It specializes in providing cost-effective solutions ideal for businesses requiring core collaboration and video functionality across multiple platforms.”
“The company focuses on helping organizations on their digital transformation journey and in realizing their return on investment (ROI). Arkadin’s customer-centric approach, focus on innovation, expanding reach, and proven capability underline its current strong performance and potential to dominate the Asia-Pacific enterprise collaboration market in the near future,” Baidya continued.
Sean Kwek, Managing Director of Arkadin Asia Pacific commented, “We are extremely proud to be recognised by Frost & Sullivan for a tenth year running. This award win is a testament of our company-wide commitment to delivering unified customer experiences, as well as our ambition to continue expanding the breadth of our services portfolio, technology leverage, features, and growth strategy excellence. We look forward to displaying our continued developments in the UCaaS sector as modern enterprises become ever more collaborative.”Back to Awards
