Arkadin is Double Winner in ‘Best in Biz EMEA Awards’ for Fastest Growth and Company of the Year

Best in Biz recognizes Arkadin with two awards

Arkadin, an NTT Communications company, and one of the largest and fastest growing providers of Collaboration and Unified Communications services, announced today it has won a silver award for ‘Fastest Growing Company of the Year’ and a bronze award for ‘Company of the Year’ in the Best in Biz Awards 2014 EMEA. The awards competition is the only independent business awards program in Europe, Middle East and Africa judged by members of the press and industry analysts. Arkadin’s strong growth and strategy for continued momentum factored in the judges’ decision.  Highlights include:

  • Unified Communications technologies: Market-leading cloud-based UC solutions from Microsoft and Cisco Jabber were introduced and integrated with Arkadin’s premium audio conferencing for scalable deployments and a high ROI for customers.
  • Innovative White Label Partnerships:  Alliances with leading Telecoms, such as Orange Business Services, expanded Arkadin’s global footprint, while enabling businesses to benefit from fast, easy collaboration services that increase workplace productivity and efficiency.
  • Video-as-a-Service offerings: ArkadinVideo powered by Vidyo achieved strong annual growth at 95%, far higher than industry averages for video conferencing services.
  • International expansion: Seven new countries were added in Asia, Europe and Latin America since 2012, with Colombia and Chile targeted for expansion in 2014.

“We’re thrilled to be recognized for our strong performance, especially when judged among many highly regarded organizations,” says Christophe Reyes, Arkadin’s Managing Director, Europe, the Middle East and Africa.  “Our growth will be sustained by equipping our customers with the highest quality collaboration and UC services, paired with exceptional customer service at the local level.”
