Simply join an Arkadin audio conference by dialing into a PSTN bridge or be called directly using the dial-out functionality from the Lync client.
Live assistance
Any participant, connected to the PSTN audio conference with a regular phone or mobile phone, can press *0 at any time to be assisted by an Arkadin operator.
International access list
Toll and toll free international conference numbers are available directly from the Lync client
IM invitation
Automatically invite partcipants you are chatting with into your PSTN audio conference
Outlook invitation
The Lync Outlook invitation plugin enables users to automatically send a conference invitation with Arkadin audio account details from Outlook.
Hybrid (PSTN & VoIP) audio conferencing through Lync server integration
