Stanislas Pilot joined Arkadinin 2010 as COO. He is also a member of the Executive Committee.
Stanislas was previously Private Equity Practice Leader for Capgemini Consulting and Principal at Apax Partners. He has more than 15 years of experience in value creation and business transformation in the IT and Telco industries.
Stanislas is a graduate from Telecom Paris Tech and holds an MBA from MIT and a Master’s in Economics from Paris Dauphine University.

Dominic Cusk joined Arkadin in 2004 and is a member of the Executive Committee. In his initial role as European Managing Director, he led Arkadin’s expansion into Europe, opening 10 countries, organically growing annual revenues tenfold and cementing Arkadin’s position as Europe’s fastest growing and 2nd largest CSP. In early 2011, Dominic moved to his current role as Chief Commercial Officer and has responsibility for Arkadin Sales worldwide, working closely with both our Heads of Regions and Business Units to maximize the company’s growth potential.
Prior to Arkadin, Dominic was EVP Asia Pacific at Premiere Global Services and has more than 20 years experience within the telecommunications sector, fulfilling roles in Europe, Middle East and Asia Pacific.

Alexis Cornu Thenard joined Arkadin in 2005. He became CFO after holding several positions in Europe, North America and Asia where he was instrumental in setting up financial foundations, processes and growth sustenance.
Alexis brings 12 years of experience as a CFO in positions at fast growing companies such as Arkadin and Exlinea (Jardine Group). He is in charge of all M&A and fundraising activities. He started his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Alexis graduated from Sup de Co Amiens Business School.

Christophe Mulin has been managing Arkadin Human Resources since 2007.
Christophe served in global HR positions including Motors & Actuators (Valeo) and Switch Products (ITT Industries), where he conducted several M&A operations in the US and Asia, including the divestiture of the Valeo branch acquired by Nidec.
Christophe is a graduate of Institut d’Etudes Politiques of Paris.

As President of Arkadin’s North American operations, Mark Alexander is responsible for leading business strategy and sales. Mark joined the company in October of 2010 and is committed to realizing the company’s high growth potential for unified collaboration services with Arkadin’s trademark customer focus.
Prior to joining Arkadin, Mark was the EVP of Sales & Marketing for Premiere Global Services (conferencing) and held leadership positions at Interland, BellSouth, Scientific-Atlanta and MCI. He is a telecommunications and internet veteran known for his hands-on, results-oriented leadership style.
Mark has a Bachelors of Science in Management from Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA from Emory University.

Damien Bayle is one of Arkadin's veterans, joining back in 2001 to develop sales activity in France and Europe. He is currently in charge of the Event Business Unit specializing in the conception and production of sensitive virtual events.
Prior to Arkadin, Damien worked in various sales, marketing & consulting roles at France Telecom, Framacom and L'Oréal.
Damien graduated from HEC Business School.

Serge Genetet joined Arkadin in April 2008 and is based in Singapore. He is responsible for the Arkadin Asi- Pacific region and also heads the global business unit in charge of strategic partnerships with telecom providers.
Before joining Arkadin, Serge was Vice President Asia Pacific at InfoVista, a leading provider of network performance monitoring solutions. From 2001 to 2008 at Infovista, he accomplished several integrations of sales and technical organizations from different countries into regional and global operations. Prior to InfoVista, Serge was in charge of the Service Level Agreement group at SITA Equant (now Orange Business Services). He was also CEO and founder of Helix, a financial software company.
Serge is a graduate of Ecole Centrale de Paris.

Christophe Reyes is responsible for Arkadin Operations in Europe, including CEMEA, since January 2011. He joined Arkadin in 2007 to create the Global Strategic Accounts group (GSA) to address Fortune 500 Global Enterprises, which included building strategic relationships with vendors such as Microsoft and Cisco Webex.
Prior to Arkadin, Christophe worked in the high tech industry for 15 years in various sales and general management positions for leading fast growing software companies such Electronic Arts, Criterion Software and XRT.
Christophe graduated with a Masters Degree in Management from the University of Paris.

Thomas Valantin is responsible for Arkadin's Latin America Operations since November 2011.
Thomas has 18 years experience in international sales management for high-tech & telecom companies in Europe and Latin America, including 12 years in the video conferencing industry at Polycom, Tandberg and Cisco Systems.
Thomas graduated from the International Business School of Paris Chamber of Commerce and holds an MBA from ESIC Madrid in International Business Trading.

Nelson Wu is the founder and president of Arkadin GCT China.
Prior to Arkadin, Nelson was the regional finance director for ACT Teleconferencing Inc. at its Asia Pacific region. While at ACT, he was responsible for the overall financial operation and strategic development for the greater China region. He is also a board member of Beijing VIVAME Information Technology Co. Ltd, a leading mobile & wireless reading company based in Beijing.
Nelson graduated with a bachelors degree from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT University) in Melbourne, Australia. He was also a member of the ASCPA and studied Law at Shenzhen University of China.
