SENIOR MARKETING PROGRAMS MANAGER- EMEA

KEY RESULTS AREAS

  • Manage multiple marketing programs for EMEA (demand generation, customer marketing, brand awareness & sales enablement)
  • Drive adoption, retention & growth initiatives across the customer base
  • Deliver integrated marketing programs (utilising online & offline activities) that drive both new business and adoption within existing accounts.
  • Coordinate programs with local field marketing teams across Europe

KEY TASKS

  • Work with the Global Marketing & Product team to develop a detailed campaign calendar
  • Leverage & create common campaign assets for effective adoption across EMEA region
  • Ensure integration of campaigns activities across all target audiences
  • Define campaign goals, target audience, metrics
  • Support the EMEA countries in campaign tracking, reporting & lead management
  • Utilise corporate systems to develop & drive campaigns (Eloqua, Salesforce.com)
  • Implement lead generation; prospect nurturing, and awareness programs and create “program plans” for each owned marketing activity including timelines & deliverables.
  • Keep sales & marketing teams up-to-date by conducting regular project status meetings.
  • Manage customer marketing activities and communications, focus on increasing existing new business via cross and up-sell campaigns and existing customer usage through roll out, adoption and retention programs.
  • Work with corporate marketing, marketing operations, product marketing and sales to ensure successful execution of campaigns & activities with buy-in from key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop new marketing program ideas and drive planning of marketing campaigns & activities to approved budgets, revenue goals, solutions mix, and timelines.
  • Ensure campaigns are properly coordinated and resourced to gain maximum revenue impact and ROI.
  • Leverage a "test, measure and refine" approach to constantly improve program results and increase the impact of marketing on revenue and profitability
  • Manage all marketing programs KPIs/Metrics and program analysis & reporting via marketing and sales automation tools
  • Identify market opportunities by researching, analysing and identifying new business growth opportunities.

  • Experience in performing ROI analysis and identify tactics for constant improvement

SENIOR PRODUCT MARKETING MANAGER, EMEA

KEY RESULTS AREAS

  • Own the EMEA Product Roadmap & ensure successful launches to market
  • Ensure clear GTM launch plans for assigned solutions/services – by function & countries
  • Support the Corporate Product Management & Marketing teams
  • Coordinate all internal launch trainings to support new releases across EMEA
  • Act as key product liaison between corporate and local teams 

KEY TASKS

  • Own the EMEA product launch roadmap & work with countries to ensure GTM alignment & sign off
  • Define & implement processes/governance to support product offers across EMEA
  • Manage new releases & upgrade rollouts, including all communication with Programs team
  • Define and implement processes to support product and marketing offers for EMEA
  • Localise offers matching the market needs of the EMEA countries
  • Continually evaluate and improve product offers based on sales needs & market feedback

Telemarketing Executive

As part of Arkadin’s growth, we are looking for an experienced Telemarketing Executive to drive our new business lead generation efforts in the UK & Ireland.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing (UK & Ireland), the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting Sales and Marketing by following up and qualifying leads supplied by Marketing, as well as researching, developing and supplying additional leads that match given criteria.

The individual’s objective would be to schedule qualified sales meetings for Arkadin UK & Ireland salespeople.

 

Main Responsibilities:
 

  • Support the UK/IRE Sales and Marketing Teams by developing and supplying qualified sales leads/appointments
  • Develop targeted lead generation outbound campaigns
  • Follow up all inbound UK/IRE leads into the business
  • Follow up marketing campaigns to establish qualified sales meetings and opportunities
  • Build and nurture marketing lead pipeline in salesforce.com for future sales opportunities
  • Build on existing database of target organisations by adding key information to account records and identifying key contacts, decision makers and senior influencers in all relevant job functions
  • Contact key decision makers to position Arkadin and determine the level of need/opportunity for Arkadin solutions/services, setting up meetings wherever possible
