Stanislas Pilot joined Arkadinin 2010 as COO. He is also a member of the Executive Committee.
Stanislas was previously Private Equity Practice Leader for Capgemini Consulting and Principal at Apax Partners. He has more than 15 years of experience in value creation and business transformation in the IT and Telco industries.
Stanislas is a graduate from Telecom Paris Tech and holds an MBA from MIT and a Master’s in Economics from Paris Dauphine University.

Dominic Cusk joined Arkadin in 2004 and is a member of the Executive Committee. In his initial role as European Managing Director, he led Arkadin’s expansion into Europe, opening 10 countries, organically growing annual revenues tenfold and cementing Arkadin’s position as Europe’s fastest growing and 2nd largest CSP. In early 2011, Dominic moved to his current role as Chief Commercial Officer and has responsibility for Arkadin Sales worldwide, working closely with both our Heads of Regions and Business Units to maximize the company’s growth potential.
Prior to Arkadin, Dominic was EVP Asia Pacific at Premiere Global Services and has more than 20 years experience within the telecommunications sector, fulfilling roles in Europe, Middle East and Asia Pacific.

Alexis Cornu Thenard joined Arkadin in 2005. He became CFO after holding several positions in Europe, North America and Asia where he was instrumental in setting up financial foundations, processes and growth sustenance.
Alexis brings 12 years of experience as a CFO in positions at fast growing companies such as Arkadin and Exlinea (Jardine Group). He is in charge of all M&A and fundraising activities. He started his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Alexis graduated from Sup de Co Amiens Business School.

Christophe Mulin has been managing Arkadin Human Resources since 2007.
Christophe served in global HR positions including Motors & Actuators (Valeo) and Switch Products (ITT Industries), where he conducted several M&A operations in the US and Asia, including the divestiture of the Valeo branch acquired by Nidec.
Christophe is a graduate of Institut d’Etudes Politiques of Paris.

As President of Arkadin’s North American operations, Mark Alexander is responsible for leading business strategy and sales. Since joining the company in October 2010 he is committed to realizing the company’s high growth potential for unified collaboration services with Arkadin’s trademark customer focus.
As a Telecommunications and Internet veteran known for a hands-on, results-oriented leadership style, Mark was EVP Sales & Marketing for Premiere Global Services (conferencing) and held leadership positions at Interland, BellSouth, Scientific-Atlanta and MCI.
Mark has a Bachelor of Science in Management from Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA from Emory University.

Damien Bayle is one of Arkadin veterans, having joined back in 2001 to develop the sales activity in France and Europe. He is currently in charge of the Event BU specialising in the conception and production of virtual events.
Prior to Arkadin, Damien worked in various sales, marketing & consulting roles at France Telecom, Framacom and L'Oréal.
Damien graduated from HEC Business School.

Serge Genetet joined Arkadin in April 2008 and is based in Singapore. He is responsible for Arkadin Asia Pacific as well as the global business unit in charge of strategic partnerships with Telecom providers.
Before joining Arkadin, Serge was Vice President Asia Pacific at InfoVista, a leading provider of network performance monitoring solutions. From 2001 to 2008 at Infovista, he accomplished several integrations of sales and technical organisations from different countries into regional and global operations. Prior to InfoVista, Serge was in charge of the Service Level Agreement group at SITA Equant (now Orange Business Services). He was also CEO and founder of Helix, a financial software company.
Serge is a graduate of Ecole Centrale de Paris.

Christophe Reyes is responsible for Arkadin Operations in Europe, incl. CEMEA, since January 2011. He joined Arkadin in 2007 to create the Global Strategic Accounts group (GSA) to address the Fortune 500 Global Enterprises, which included building strategic relationships with vendors such as Microsoft and Cisco Webex.
Prior to Arkadin, Christophe worked for 15 years in the high tech industry in Sales and General Management positions for leading fast growing software companies such Electronic Arts, Criterion Software and XRT.
Christophe graduated with a Masters degree in Management from University of Paris.

Thomas Valantin is responsible for Arkadin Latin America Operations since November 2011.
Thomas has 18 years experience in international sales management for high-tech & telecom companies in Europe and Latin America, including 12 years in the videoconferencing industry at Polycom, Tandberg and Cisco Systems.
Thomas graduated from the International Business School of Paris Chamber of Commerce and holds an MBA from ESIC Madrid in International Business Trading.

Nelson Wu is the founder and President of Arkadin GCT China.
Prior to Arkadin, Nelson was the regional Finance Director for ACT Teleconferencing Inc at its Asia Pacific region. While at ACT, he was responsible for the overall financial operation and strategic development for Greater China Region. He is also a board member of Beijing VIVAME Information Technology Co., Ltd based at Beijing, a leading mobile & wireless reading company.
Nelson graduated with a Bachelor degree at Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT University). He was member of ASCPA and he also studied Law at Shenzhen University of China.

Jimmy joined Arkadin in 2009 as Client Care Director, Asia Pacific and is a key member of the management team within Asia Pacific. He is responsible for leading all aspects of Customer Care, Project Management, Pre-Sales Engineering and Service Level Management
Prior to joining Arkadin, Jimmy spent 3 years at InfoVista managing a team of software engineers and consultants as Director of Professional Services. Before joining InfoVista, Jimmy spent 23 years with Equant (now Orange Business Services), where he held several management positions, including Regional Director APAC, Managed Services.
Jimmy graduated from City & Guild of London Institute in Computer Programming and Data Processing.

Dennis Loh is Operations & IS Director, APAC for Arkadin. In his role, he oversees service management, operations management, and the service support centre, including service and infrastructure maintenance and support.
Prior to joining Arkadin, Dennis was heading up the Infrastructure Management Office in a Japanese Bank. He also gained 9 years of invaluable experience in Genesys Conferencing where he was in charge of all aspects of service operations and infrastructure management.
Dennis graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical and Electronic Engineering) from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.

Eva Wong joined Arkadin in 2011 as Finance Director, Asia Pacific and is responsible for leading the finance organization in the region. Prior to joining Arkadin, Eva held senior finance positions at various orgnizations, inclusive of Xpedite and PGI. Eva is a Chartered Accountant (Canada) and holds an Executive Master of Business Admistration degree from Kellogg-HKUST.

Wei Seng joined Arkadin in 2011 as VP, Strategic Projects, APAC. He is responsible for extending Arkadin’s business in the Asia Pacific region through strategic projects and partnerships with local telcos and partners.
Wei Seng is a veteran of the Telecommunication industry with more than 15 years of experience. Prior to joining Arkadin, he enjoyed a successful 11-year career at SingTel, where he held several positions in product development, product marketing and product management.
Wei Seng holds an MBA in Strategic Management from Nanyang Technological University.

Neil Persaud is Human Resources Director, Asia Pacific for Arkadin. As HR Director, Neil leads and sets the vision for HR department and is responsible for developing the HR department across the Asia Pacific Region.
Prior to joining Arkadin, Neil worked in the US holding various HR Management positions where he has dealt with high volume HR issues, both tactical and strategically. His consultative approach to management and business gives him a unique perspective on communications in organizations from both the management and employee perspective.
Neil holds an Executive Masters of Business Administration degree from St. Joseph’s College in New York and is currently a Doctoral Student of Pace University in NY.
