Senior Sales Executive

The Senior Sales Executive focuses on selling Arkadin’s Collaborative Solutions into Medium and Large Enterprises. In addition, effectively managing and focusing on new business development within existing customers.

Responsibilities

  • Strategically target and acquire Medium and Large Enterprise opportunities
  • Increase monthly revenue by closing new business opportunities, acquiring new clients, and identifying new revenue opportunities within existing clients
  • Maintain a high level of activity to ensure daily, weekly and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are met and/or exceeded
  • Attend a required number of new business meetings per week
  • Manage the entire sales cycle independently
  • Effectively manage and grow all new accounts acquired through sales efforts
  • Effectively transfer daily account maintenance responsibilities to Client Relations Manager
  • Create client presentations, proposals and customer reports
  • Work effectively individually as well as part of a sales team
  • Mentoring junior sales representatives and teaching them best practices to succeed within the sales organization
  • Learn all Arkadin’s products, services, policies and procedures
  • Negotiate contractual terms with prospects and clients
  • Achieve monthly revenue targets
  • Accurately forecasting monthly and quarterly revenue and new business development
  • Report daily, weekly and monthly productivity to Sales Manager
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activity within the sales database
  • Reaching and exceeding monthly revenue targets
  • Development of junior account executives
  • Maintain a high level of New Business activity

Requirements

  • Professionally manage existing and new clients
  • Acquire New Business opportunities from within existing and new clients
  • University Degree
  • 2-5+ years selling experience
  • Entrepreneurial character
  • Must have a persuasive nature and professional phone demeanor
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be a committed self-starter who has the drive to succeed in a high-energy team environment
  • The ability to learn quickly and troubleshoot issues independently
  • Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
  • Has successfully proven to manage the sales cycle
