Audio Conferencing Instructions
- Select a date and time for your conference call.
- Provide your participants your toll-free, toll or international access number & the Participant PIN code.
- To create a calendar invite with your pre-populated access details you can download the Outlook or Lotus Notes Toolbar from the Arkadin Web Portal.
- To start your conference, dial your Access Number and Enter Your PIN Code followed by the # key.
Once you are in your conference you can dial *0 to speak to an operator at anytime.
Web Conferencing Instructions
Complement your audio conference with web conferencing for a fully collaborative virtual meeting.
- Go to www.arkadin.com and click the log in section.
- Enter your Web Login.
- Enter your Moderator PIN Code.
Arkadin’s Web Portal will give you access to:
- ArkadinAnywhere web conferencing service.
- Arkadin’s Audio Console to manage your call online.
- Arkadin scheduling tool.
- Downloads for the Outlook & Lotus Notes Toolbars.
- User guides and training material.
- Intenational access numbers document.
